We are now looking for an Account Manager for our existing and new customers in the region. You will be part of Novacura’s global Sales team and report to our Sales Director.
Key responsibilities
You will be primary responsible for our business activities in the Benelux region. Besides acting as a liaison between our customers and the relevant departments accountable for the delivery of our products and services, you will pro-actively support in the development of new business and support ongoing customer projects. Work location is fully flexible.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you must have an entepreneurial mindset. A broad general understanding of topics that are relevant when operating ERP/low-code to ensure effective communication as well as the ability to collaborate internationally are further of high importance for this role.
Required qualifications and skills
- A minimal of 5 years experience in the role of ERP/Business Consultant, ERP account manager or similar
- Experience with project and/or application management involving IFS Applications is a plus
- Project management skills and a good understanding of agile development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English & Dutch (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel on occasion
