About the role
Asthe Content Marketing Specialist at Novacura you will play an important role in the company´s global Marketing Team. You will cooperate with other Marketing Team members (Digital marketing specialist, Graphic designer, Researchers etc.) in creating qualitative content. You will spend time on research, content creation, and editing web copy for an endless range of topics related to our business.
It is critical that you can acquire and determine what is important regarding business benefits and advantages for Novacura as well as our customers and partners. Novacura provides solutions for large companies in various kinds of industries such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Automotive, Energy, Oil & Gas, Professional services.
Main tasks
- Content marketing writing as well as publishing in our owned media, such as website, social media, press sites.
- Creating and maintaining a content database by interviewing subject matter experts and by individual research.
- Organizing webinars with subject matter experts, customers and partners.
- Writing for video content as well as coordinating video production in cooperation with an external agency.
- Supporting the development of the corporate website and responsibility for the information architecture/content.
You will also work closely with the Sales department to support them with Sales and Marketing material, support our partners with relevant material and be part of other marketing initiatives taking place in the Marketing Team.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business or relevant fields, Master’s degree considered a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Content Marketing from B2B business, preferably in software-related businesses.
- Understanding of basic IT Software definitions/ business models like SaaS, licensing models, CRM, ERP.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written. Additional language skills are desirable.
- Familiar with SEO strategies and web analytics fundamentals, CX/UX orientation,
- Knowledge of ERP systems or other types of systems for big companies is a plus.
- Experience in corporate website creation and CMS platforms. The preferred platform is Wordpress...
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in Adobe Photoshop/ InDesign/ Illustrator is a plus.
To be successful in the role we´re also looking for a person with an analytical mindset combined with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer-centric empathy.
