Sales Manager North America – Infor M3

We are a global organization and we have high ambitions to continue to develop and grow on all our markets. We are therefore looking for Sales Managers to work with new sales for larger prospects within Infor M3 to North America.

As Sales Manager at Novacura you are responsible for all parts of the sales process including initial qualification to demo, quotation and closure. You work with marketing leads, sales leads and new customers within targeted segments, and you always look for opportunities to expand the business deal during the sales process.

You manage complex sales projects and you act as Account Manager for larger accounts.

You are an important ambassador for Novacura and participates in sales activities such as conferences and seminars and you create follow up activities from those. You follow customer related activities in CRM to make sure we act on all possible sales opportunities. You are part of the global sales team where we work in close cooperation with the pre-sales and marketing team and you report directly to the Sales Director of Novacura.

You belong to Novacura’s office in Cincinnati, but you can work remotely. Travels within North America are required.

What will you contribute with?
You have a University or College degree within a relevant area and 3-5 years of experience from working with new sales for larger customers within public or private sector. Experience from sales of Infor M3 is qualifying.

You are highly result-oriented and can convert sales leads to customers and customer’s needs to sales opportunities and deliveries. You have great communication skills and can naturally build trustworthy relationships with other people. You have strong negotiation capabilities and make sure that it is possible to deliver on your promises.

It would be a plus if you have experience from complex sales (B2B) with negotiations and some knowledge of agreements and legal aspects and from sales of cloud services.
