We are therefore looking for a Product Support Consultant who wants to provide first line support to our customers.
As Product Support Consultant you will help customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering advice in improving their solutions.
You prioritize support tickets and escalate to second line when necessary and you supervise approaching SLA breach. You Continuously report and ensure that we meet customers SLA as well as supervising suspended support tickets and ensure that the ticket is handled. You onboard new customers and educate them in Novacura support systems.
You continuously develop yourself by acquire new knowledge within the Novacura targeted customer segments and in relevant or new Novacura Flow functionality and you share your knowledge with both customers and colleagues.
This position is placed in Sweden, and you belong to Novacura’s office in Gothenburg. We have a hybrid model for working part time in the office and remote.

To succeed in this role you have:
- University Degree with a specialization in technology or relevant professional qualifications.
- Experience with C#, .Net or any Object-Oriented Programming language
- Ability to drive and learn new technologies and have a broad technical background
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
You are highly service-minded, and you thrive from a work-environment with a high pace. You have a flexible mindset with an ability to manage several customers and tasks simultaneously. You like working in a team context and you are good at communicating. You have a proactive approach and are always eager to learn new things.
