Account Based Marketing Specialist

We are now looking for an Account Based Marketing Specialist to join our global team in a temporary employment. In this role you will contribute to the growth and success of Novacura by: 

  • finding, initiating and developing new and existing prospects. 
  • selling a variety of products, services and/or solutions to the end customer via targeted campaigns and outbound activities. 

You will be part of Novacura’s global Marketing team and report to Novacura’s Marketing Director. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Work with all members of the global marketing and sales teams to identify, research, and compose lists to target for multi-touch campaigns using various data sources including LinkedIn, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) and Cyance Nexus. 
  • Execute on account-based marketing initiatives across email and all digital/social channels to achieve business goals. 
  • Responsible for extensive target persona research, including profile data enrichment in CRM. 
  • Responsible for maintaining data quality in CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with global marketing team including demand generation, corporate events, creative services, product marketing, digital, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales to initiate meetings and discovery calls. 
  • Establish, track and improve response rates, conversion rates, pipeline and ROI with each ABM campaign, continually refining and optimizing ABM efforts based on both quantitative metrics as well as qualitative feedback from Sales. 
  • Measure and optimize, as well as report on, ABM event and campaign results on an ongoing basis.
  • Liaise with internal clients including the Sales VPs and Account Executives to identify ABM needs and ensure we achieve desired sales and marketing metrics.

Required qualifications and skills 

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years marketing experience, including events and some exposure to lead generation campaigns for an enterprise software company.
  • 1-2 years experience from Software as a Service companies. 
  • Expert social media marketing skills, especially LinkedIn Sales solutions. 
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales automation systems (i.e. HubSpot etc.). 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and highly-collaborative team environment. 
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and competing deadlines, as well as build productive business relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
