About the job
As a Solution Support Consultant, you provide second line support services for IFS Applications and Novacura Flow Solutions. This means that you resolve complex support issues and configuration requirements and manage customer relations. In this role you also participate in customer meetings, seek customer specific improvements, and continuously develop your skills in Novacura and IFS related functionality.
We are looking for a service and customer-oriented person who likes to solve problems. You take responsibility and plan your work independently. You are a good team-player, not afraid to ask for help and always eager to learn new things. In this role it is important to take initiatives and communicate well. You also need:
- Bachelors in IT or equivalent area
- Work experience with IFS, Novacura Flow
- Experience working with customer support
- Good communication skills
