About the job
As a Solution Consultant, you will map customers’ business processes to business systems/applications, answer their queries, resolve issues and offer advice in improving their solutions. You will continuously develop yourself by acquiring new knowledge within the Novacura targeted customer segments, in relevant or new Novacura and IFS related functionality. You will share your knowledge with both customers and colleagues.

Other qualifications:
- Degree, preferably or relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IFS Applications or similar business applications
- Solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for technology, business processes and customer support.
- Interest in interacting with customers and helping them find solutions as well as suggesting enhancements to improve their processes.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn, a proactive approach and ability to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL,REST will be an added advantage
