Solution Consultant (Operations)

About the role
As a Solution Consultant (Operations) you will help customers by monitoring and handling the customers system via Novacura Support systems.
You will continuously search for upcoming issues to continuously improve the customers environments and the overall service situation.
Typical day-to-day activities includes installing standard patches, communicate with the consulting organization, participate in implementation projects and perform installations of both database and application.
What are we looking for?
- Degree, preferably or relevant professional qualifications
- Experience in IFS Applications and servers with Microsoft Windows
- Expertise in backup and recovery via Oracle RMAN
- Passionate about working with customers.
- Work proactively and find opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in monitoring tools is an advantage.
