About the job
We are looking for an Evergreen Service Delivery Manager to join our Customer Success Department to help us provide and develop future innovative solutions within Solution Operations, CloudOps and Software As a Service (SAAS).
As the Evergreen Service Delivery Manager your responsible for:
- Heading a team of experts within Solution Operations, Cloud ops Engineers and Quality Assurance.
- Designing and implementing processes for Solution Hosting and automatic deployment of Solutions to our Customers, either On Premise or In the Cloud.
- Supporting the team to analyze the impact of changed API's and technology on the customer solution.
- Continuously exploring new technology to enhance the customer experience and value of service.
- Ensuring that customers are kept Evergreen, running the latest version of the software on a reliant, cost efficient solution maintained with proactivity in focus.

You are inline with technology and market trends and have the ability to envision the future needs in the organization. You have the capability to get the most of the resources with a strong focus on the customer's. situation.

Leadership skills: The Evergreen Service Delivery Manager must be able to lead and inspire the team to achieve their goals. Should be able to motivate team members, provide guidance and direction, and create a positive and collaborative work environment.
Communication skills: must have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with the team, other departments, and senior management. You should be able to convey ideas, provide feedback, and address issues or concerns that arise.
Problem-solving skills: be able to identify and solve problems that arise within their team or department. You should be able to analyze data, make decisions, and implement solutions that improve performance and productivity.
Organizational skills: be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. They should be able to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and meet deadlines.
Analytical skills: Should be able to analyze data and make data-driven decisions that help the team achieve its goals. Should be able to use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Business acumen: The Evergreen Service Delivery Manager should have a strong understanding of the organization's business and industry. Should be able to identify opportunities for growth, develop strategies that align with the organization's goals, and make informed decisions that drive business success.
- Degree and a Masters in related field such as business administration, management, or a relevant technical field
- Have a sound background as a Senior/ Lead/ principle Architect
- Have Operative and Technical experience of IFS, Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions.
- Experience in a managerial role with a proven track record
