Customer Success Manager
About the Job
As a Customer Success Manager at Novacura, you'll be ensuring that our partners and customers get the most value with our products. Your role involves coordinating onboarding, educating customers and bridging customer needs with product management. You'll foster strong relationships, analyze feedback, drive upsells, and monitor customer engagement to enhance our services. Additionally, you'll maintain annual recurring revenue for selected customers and contribute to service offerings.
In this role you will represent customer service at Novacura and contribute to our customers’ success!
About You
You bring valuable experience from customer-focused roles, where you excel in actively engaging with customers and nurturing strong relationships. As a persistent, driven, and positive team player, you thrive in collaborative environments. You are eager to develop new skills and you embrace new technologies and concepts. Your analytical and problem-solving skills, allow you to tackle challenges with confidence.
Key Qualifications:
• University Degree with a specialization in technology or relevant professional qualifications.
• 3 + Years experience in a customer facing role, preferably within a SaaS company or related industry
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken
• ERP experience or similar technologies is beneficial
