At Novacura, we're looking for a Junior Business Application Developer to help customers digitalize and streamline business processes using Novacura Flow - the platform that connects people, systems, and operations.
About the Role
Novacura Flow helps organizations bridge the gap between ERP systems and operational processes. By connecting people, systems and data, companies can streamline workflows, improve efficiency and gain greater flexibility in how they work.
As a Business Application Developer, you'll work closely with customers to understand their challenges and help transform business needs into practical digital solutions.
Designing and developing business applications with Novacura Flow
Integrating ERP systems with operational processes and workflows
Collaborating with customers to understand business needs and challenges
Advising customers on how to optimize and digitalize their processes
Participating in workshops and implementation projects
In this role, you will work with some of our largest customers, both in Sweden and internationally, helping them improve and digitalize business-critical processes.

You will be working in-house at Novacura, collaborating closely with both colleagues and customers to deliver tailored solutions that drive real business value.
We are building and expanding our Stockholm team, offering a unique opportunity to join early, influence how we work, and grow together with the office. In February 2027, we will move into brand-new offices at Sankt Eriksgatan 46 in central Stockholm.
What we are looking for
We're looking for a curious and driven team player who enjoys solving problems and learning new things. You don't need years of experience to succeed at Novacura. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your interest in understanding business challenges, and your drive to create solutions together with customers and colleagues.
We are looking for a service-minded and customer-oriented individual with a flexible mindset. You thrive in a team environment, communicate effectively, and are always eager to learn and grow. In this role, you'll often encounter challenges without obvious solutions. Being comfortable with problem-solving, seeking support when needed, and proactively finding information will be key to your success.
To succeed in this role, you likely have:
A university degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge in SQL and database development.
Basic knowledge in programming (C#, JavaScript, Python or similar).
Fluency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate new and complex challenges.
Interest in business applications, process digitalization and system integrations
It is a plus but not required if you have experience working with or knowledge of:
IFS or other business systems (ERP).
Business application platforms, system integrations, workflow automation or low-code technologies such as Microsoft Power Apps/Power Platform, Mendix, Appian or similar.
HTML, CSS and REST.
