What made you join Novacura?
I have experience of being a customer support manager and for the last couple years I have been working with ERP implementation projects. In this role I can combine these two things. I will manage a team of experts and learn many things in this role. I know some people that have joined Novacura, and they had many positive things to say about the company, they made me very curious and eager to join!

How was your first week at Novacura?
It was great! I have had the chance to meet my team and get to know many people. I have learnt about the company and the different departments.

What will you contribute with in this role?
I have extensive experience working with processes and I can help in how to work in a smart and effective way.

How would others describe you?
I think they would describe me as very engaged, full of energy, social, loyal and structured.

Tell me something unexpected about yourself!
I used to ride a motorcycle, we traveled around in Sweden and Europe to different road racing tracks. Not always with a success. A few years and crashes later, I sold the bike and nowadays I stick to the car.

What do you spend time with outside of work?
I like to travel, play padel, eat good food and meet friends!

What makes you feel happy at work?
When we as a team accomplish things. If we had a challenge that we concurred. When we succeed in building a team-spirit and make people feel good and have fun at work!
